Posh
Posh is a limited edition art print, numbered by artist Leon Keer. This piece of art is a reproduction of Leon Keer eponymous painting. Leon Keer can be seen as the world leading artist in the anamorphic street art. Leon Keer is constantly aware of the playfulness and beauty versus the degradation around him, a contrast that he expresses and amplifies in his work and which he uses as a metaphor for life.
In collaboration with ‘Salome Art Venture’ Leon Keer published a beautiful series of fine art giclee prints from the Lego themed paintings. Leon Keer is also the artist behind ‘Ego Leonard’ which was long time his pseudonym for this Lego themed paintings.
The Lego paintings and prints with their innocent looking figures belong to the best of contemporary Pop Surrealism. They are cheerful but also contain social criticism. A distinctive feature of Leon Keer’s original artworks is that they are painted over old maps to strengthen their message.
Fine Art print on paper
The limited edition of “Posh” by Leon keer is a Certified Art Giclee™ and are made using archival pigment inks on 270 grams Hahnemuhle White Ething paper. The prints are of an extremely high quality and indistinguishable from the originals because those original paintings were digitized via the Cruse Fine Art Scanner and extensively color proofed. The prints are all embossed and come with a certificate of authenticity which also serves as lifelong quality guarantee.
The print has an extra white border of 5 cm (2 inch) for framing purposes. It will be send with a tube “not framed”.
